Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own, so we can keep it beautiful for every guest. 💙 🏡 During Your Stay Registered guests only. No additional overnight guests without prior approval. No parties or events. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never leave them on the property. No illegal drugs or illegal activity on the property. Please do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange furniture. Please use coasters and placemats and wipe up spills promptly. Children must be supervised around the pool and throughout the property. 🏖️ Beach & Pool Please rinse sand off before entering the home whenever possible. Beach towels are provided. Please do not use white bath towels at the beach. Do not take indoor linens to the beach. Please follow all community pool rules and hours. No glass containers in the pool area. 🧺 Towels & Linens Makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, and other products can permanently stain linens. Please use the designated black makeup cloths provided. Excessively stained or damaged towels/linens may result in a replacement charge. 🔑 Checkout Before leaving: Place used towels together in the upstairs hall bathroom. Start the dishwasher with dishes inside. Remove food from the refrigerator. Place trash in the designated outdoor receptacle. Check drawers, closets, bathrooms, and outlets for personal belongings. Lock all doors and windows when you leave. Return any items to their original location. 💙 One Last Thing Accidents happen! If something breaks, spills, or gets damaged, please let us know right away. We’d much rather know so we can take care of it than discover it after checkout.
